What should I expect during my first visit?

You’ll begin with a consultation to assess your skin/scalp concerns, followed by a customized treatment designed for your needs.

How early should I arrive?

We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes early to complete intake forms, scalp analysis and relax before your service. Group visits should arrive 15 minutes early to complete check in procedures before the start of service.

What is your cancellation policy?

Please be aware that we require a 48-hour notice for any rescheduling or cancellations of appointments. If changes made within this timeframe, a fee will be applied. Additionally, a no-show fee will be charged for any missed appointments. Thank you for your understanding.

Do you accept walk-ins?

We accept walk-ins based on availability, although booking in advance is highly recommended.

Do you require a deposit?

A deposit is not required, however a valid card on file is required to secure your appointment.

Do you offer memberships or packages?

Yes! Our memberships are designed for consistent results and exclusive savings.

Do you offer gift cards?

How should I prepare for my appointment?

Please avoid heavy makeup, exfoliation, or harsh treatments at least 24 hours prior to your visit. Additionally, kindly inform us of any planned activities that may impact your pre or post-treatment care for your service. Thank you for your cooperation!
